Citizens Bootcamp Certification

I think if citizens are concerned about invasion or safety and want to protect themselves against violence then there should be an opportunity to get the proper military training to survive combat or assault. They could attend a training bootcamp that teaches survival and combat techniques to better educate them so they are not so afraid and could better situate themselves in case something does happen like that. It would also improve responsibility and could give them discipline to have proper self defense training.
