3D Printed Kit Car Business Plan

If you are a car designer you can design 3D printed kit cars for people to build. The most expensive thing about starting a car company is the crash testing of the vehicles, with kit cars they just need to be street legal. You can build a website with orders and models then work with 3D printing businesses to print the parts. You can either construct the entire car from a 3D printer or make STL molds for fiberglass or carbon fiber (For the body, rims, chassis, etc). Customers can build it themselves and then can sign up as a technician to go to peoples homes to help them build the kits or sell them as a dealer or rental business. All you would need to do is design the kit with building instructions and sell the kit for your profit ($5k-$10k).
